Alan Day
Director
Alan is a founding Director of ADP Security Systems, bringing decades of hands-on experience across both the security industry and wider operational management. He plays a key role in client relations, conducting on-site security audits, overseeing physical security installations and ensuring that every project meets ADP’s exacting standards. Alan’s career spans a distinguished period of service in the British Army, farm and estate management, and specialist security work including extensive experience with guard dogs. This unique combination of military discipline, practical problem-solving and frontline security expertise gives Alan an exceptional understanding of the threats businesses and property owners face — and the solutions that work. His approachable, hands-on style and deep knowledge of the industry make him a trusted point of contact for clients across ADP’s service area.
Keirn Bush
Company Director
Keirn is the driving force behind ADP’s strategic direction and day-to-day management, with overall responsibility for quality control, client contracts, personnel, compliance and company secretary duties. Before joining ADP, Keirn held a senior contract management position with a leading national guarding company, overseeing major client accounts across the South of England. Since then, he has completed a comprehensive programme of security management qualifications and continues to invest in the development of both the business and its people. Keirn’s leadership ensures that ADP maintains the highest standards of service delivery, and his hands-on approach means he is closely involved in the operational decisions that matter most to clients. Outside of work, he enjoys off-road motorcycling and spending time with his family.
Tom Day
Service & Engineer Manager
Tom oversees ADP’s engineering team as Service Manager, responsible for the design, installation and ongoing maintenance of electronic security systems including CCTV, intruder alarms, access control and fire detection. Having completed a full security apprenticeship with ADP, Tom has built his expertise from the ground up — working across every aspect of the business before stepping into a management role. He coordinates the engineering schedule, manages client projects from survey through to handover, and ensures that every installation meets ADP’s exacting quality standards. Tom’s technical knowledge and practical experience make him a trusted point of contact for clients seeking reliable, well-engineered security solutions.
James Day
Accounts Manager
James manages ADP’s accounts function, overseeing invoicing, credit control, purchase ledger and financial reporting across the business. Having started his career at ADP in operational roles as a mobile patrol officer and controller, he brings a practical understanding of the business that strengthens his approach to financial management. James ensures that billing runs smoothly, supplier payments are processed on time, and the company’s financial records are accurate and up to date. His meticulous attention to detail and hands-on knowledge of ADP’s operations make him a key part of the management team.
Paul Bennett
Sales & Business Development Manager
Paul leads ADP’s sales and business development activity, working closely with both new and existing clients to understand their security requirements and deliver tailored solutions. With a strong background in client relationship management and a genuine passion for the security industry, Paul ensures that every customer receives a consultative, professional service from first contact through to installation and beyond. He is often the first point of contact for businesses looking to upgrade or expand their security infrastructure, and takes pride in building long-term partnerships based on trust, reliability and results.
Tamara Zimba
Office Manager
Tamara oversees the day-to-day running of ADP’s office operations, ensuring everything behind the scenes runs efficiently and professionally. From coordinating schedules and managing administration to supporting the wider team with logistics and compliance documentation, Tamara plays a central role in keeping the business organised and responsive. Her attention to detail and proactive approach mean that nothing falls through the cracks, and her warm, approachable manner makes her a valued point of contact for both colleagues and clients alike.
