Training & Development
Training and quality standards are of utmost importance at ADP. Every one of our security personnel is SIA licensed, trained, and screened — whether working in security, CCTV monitoring, door supervision, or close protection.
All personnel are vetted and screened to BS7858-2012. Our engineers are trained in the latest technology and maintain systems to British and European standards.
ADP organises in-house induction and Basic Job Training (BJT) for all staff, fully complying with SIA requirements. Training effectiveness is reviewed regularly and discussed at Board level to ensure continuous improvement.

Support & Motivation
Motivation is vital, especially for remote workers. A manager visits security officers on site once or twice per week, on both day and night shifts, so officers always have direct access to ADP management.
