ADP supports local children's football club.
23/1/2003
Liphook United Under 11 As football team has received a boost with the sponsorship of a brand new set of warm-up tops by Petersfield-based company ADP Security Systems. Director of ADP, Alan Day's son, Tom plays in the team alongside his friend Sam, son of Andrew Fawcett who organises training for the players.

Andrew said: "The new kit is basically a warm-up top, in drill cotton and has both the Club's initials on, as well as ADP's logo. A rule of our obtaining the new team tops was that they are worn for both training and playing games. The children turn up to games in the top looking very smart, and it makes them feel more of a team."

Alan Day, who has been very involved in the football club as a father, said: "All the kids and the adult helpers put in a tremendous amount of effort to make the team the success it is. ADP are happy to do whatever we can to encourage this."

Most of the players are from the Liphook and Grayshott area. The team has had some success, having reached Division 1 in the North-East Hampshire league. They are playing very well at the moment. Some of the boys have been chosen to train and spent several weeks training at top professional clubs such as Portsmouth, Crystal Palace and Chelsea. The team trains under floodlight on Astroturf and has local matches arranged for the coming weeks.
