Security company recruits and restructures for growth
29/10/2002
Petersfield-based security firm, ADP Security Systems, has created a new management team through recruitment and internal promotions, in order to cope with increasing demand for the company’s security services.

A new operations manager, Keirn Bush, joined the company on 1st October. Keirn will work alongside the directors to enable the company to move forward. He will be responsible for the operational side of the business, covering manned guarding, security team management, security officer training and also monitoring the company’s ISO quality accreditation.

Keirn joins ADP from Capitol Security where he worked most recently as contracts manager responsible for clients across the south of England. Keirn said: “I am very pleased to be joining ADP at this exciting time in the company’s growth. ADP is a successful company that shows great promise in becoming one of the foremost security providers in the area.”

The new management team is completed with the promotion internally of two security officers to the role of supervisor. Ruth Diment and Ian Smallbone will work closely with the new operations manager to supervise security teams.

In addition, a newly created role of personal assistant will be taken by Jacqueline Loble to assist the directors in their work. Jacqueline brings with her experience of personnel management, and will have responsibility for personnel, training administration and accounts.

David Preston, director of ADP Security Systems, explains that ADP has seen a growth in enquiries for its security services, particularly in 2002. “The enquiries are from all different types of business, mainly for safeguarding property and premises”, says Dave. “I believe our reputation for excellent service is growing, and we want to build on this. Keirn has the skills and experience we need to move forward to the next stage in the company’s development.”
